Dear Peter Van Houtten:

I know that reading this letter will be a little confused, but I feel the need to do so I ask
you not to stop and please read it until the end, I think that what I will write today is
important.
To begin with, I hope you find yourself well, I write to tell you that I really felt
uncomfortable when I went to visit, sincerely the treatment I received from your person
was not the one I expected, excuse me if maybe you embarrassed you with my
presence that was not my intention, my intention was to know more about the fantastic
novel you wrote.
You were my favorite author, your book was my favorite and still remains despite
everything, every time I read it I felt like Alice in Wonderland, I think you should learn to
better treat people who follow , I'm not going to deny that you do a bad job because it
would be like lying to myself.
I'm sure you're more than you show, that behind that terrible character you sample
there is a good person, your book was very different from those who was accustomed
to reading, I like the way you show things, you're very realistic , however that day you
hurt me, just looking for answers and ended up having doubts.
Like Augustus and me, there must be a lot of people who love your book, and that's
more than obvious, I could see the huge amount of cards you had of them, maybe you
have problems in your life, we all have them, but you're still alive and that's one reason
to keep fighting, it's the exact time for you to change, you owe your followers.
Despite everything, I thank you for the invitation, so you have not planned it but your
assistant, thanks because, in spite of all I spent the best moments of my life next to
Augustus and my mom, I would have liked to have this conversation in person with
you, I want to start again, I want to become good friends, I want to help you change
your way of being, I want you to start again, it's not too late.
Oh come on Peter you are more than you seem, to be afraid, remember that there are
still children, youth, adults and even elders who see you as a ray of light and hope, who
trust and waiting for you, waiting for your answers.
You could start by reading the letters you were sent with a lot of love your followers,
and it would not be bad to give you the time to answer them, you show interest in them,
you show that you care because if your book was successful was thanks to those
people, it would be like returning the favor in the prettiest way an author can.
Well dear Peter, I bid you farewell, I hope my words have impacted on you, take care
of yourself a lot.
My best wishes for you.
Your biggest fan
Hazel Grace Lancaster
