My name is Henry Angara. I‘m project Manager at PT. metropolitan Kentjana. Pondok Indah
Group.
I‘ve been working in construction industry for almost 18 years to handle some commercial
building projects such as mall, apartment and hotel. Material specification that we use for
finishing are cement and mortar-and-sand mix plaster. We also use new instant materials
like, mortar and dry wall system.
With conventional system we rally depend on people skill or the labor. On apartment
project. We have to be perfectly finished on handover to the tenant or potential buyer. We
are expecting perfectly finished like flat, not ‘wavy‘ wall, especially on the wall that cross to
the sun.
