    LETTER OF INTENT

    Hon. Mayor Dinky Romano:

    Good day!

    In line with the upcoming events this coming fiesta, we, the Sangguniang Kabatan of barangay
    Bayandong, are requestng for your approval to borrow and use the extension stage for the period of
    June 06 until June 14 of 2019. We borrow it for the reason that our stage is not spacious enough to
    accomodate our participants in their given events. This will be a great help in making our events more
    satisfying and successful.
