I Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to;
a. Determine the history of Zumba Dance,
b. Make simple routines of Zumba with energy and fun,
c. Appreciate the importance of Zumba dance in achieving fitness.

II. Subject Matter:

Materials: Video of Zumba and speaker, pictures
Reference: Teacher’s Guide for P.E and Health Grade-9, pp.193- 194
