Basic Story Outline

KrokytizeMe is a one player game, where Kroky must save his friends before being
croquetized ( to be fried in a frying pan with boiling oil as a croquette). With many
different levels and specific goals for each one.

Player Characters
Character #1
Kroky is a fugitive vegetable croquette. He has escaped from the hands of the cook
and his goal is to save the rest of his friends.

He is friendly but hard and persistent when it comes to defending his friends. His
only reason for being is to rescue each one of them. Even he can become evil in
order to fulfill his goal. He is seeking for justice and revenge against cooks and
consumers.

Its default look is that of a croquette that is hidden from the kitchen authorities (the
chef and assistants). He carries a toothpick as a sword (the same one that was
nailed to him when they were going to eat him).

Kroky (or Croky) with default suit.

Non-Player Characters
Character #1

The Inspector

The Inspector, is a French-style private investigator hired by the chef to hunt Kroky.

This is how looks the French-style inspector.

Character #2
Chef “Paco”

Chef Paco is a famous chef with 9 Michelin stars and who is about to lose all of them
because of the croquette that has escaped.

This is the first enemy of Kroky and friends. He will do everything he can to catch
Kroky and friend an to cook them.

Cook Assistans
They are an army of cooks led by the chef.

Character #4
Pulpito
He is the “hand” of Kroky. He will be in the background but advising Kroky whenever
it is necessary.

Croquettes
Other kind of croquettes such as: ham, mushrooms, codfish, chicken and
vegetables.

Settings
This is a fantasy world built with real-world kitchen elements such as knives, fire,
condiments, spoons, forks, pots, pans, etc.

The entire world will looks like a big pan covered with a dome, divided in nine
different worlds (cities) like a pizza.

Setting #1
Cities
The game have 9 cities – as main scenarios- where the action will happen: Madrid,
Barcelona, London, New York, Seville, Lisbon, Santiago (Chile), Rome and Paris. All
these cities will be the levels of the game.

Lifes
Each game includes 3 lives

Setting #3
Health
Kroky should take care of your health by taking oil capsules and to put some flour
over his skin. Maintaining good health and not dying, is to maintain a balance
between oil and flour.

Setting #4
Credits
Initially the player will have credits that can use to buy capsules, flour and clothing
(free). Also the possibility to buy credits with credit card.

Setting #5
Points
The points will be used to be positioned in the ranking.

Suits

Kroky will have several suits that will protect him from attacks. Some of them:
1. Ninja suit (Default): includes its main weapon: the toothpick
2. Robo Suit (Robocop style)
3. Wing Suit (allows him to fly)

Animals Creatures in the World

1. Knives and flying forks: thrown by the cooks.

2. Olive oil capsules: necessary to hydrate the Kroky skin and to avoid dying
of dryness.
3. Flour flakes: necessary to maintain the croquette shape.

Historical Lore

In 2009, Kroky begins a Comic project during the Gay Pride in Madrid. One night at
a bar in Chueca neighborhood, a croquette was about to be devoured when
someone nailed the toothpick but suddenly he woke up and jumped from the plate,
fled the bar, took refuge in a hostel room where two men lay and took part of his
clothes to dress and camouflage. Since then, he has gone through the bars of
different cities around the world, trying to save all his sisters and brothers: the
croquettes.
