This document provides a manual for a reverse osmosis system with a capacity of 750-1000 liters per hour. It lists the system's components, including a solenoid valve, 5 micron cartridge filter, pressure gauge, control switch, RO pump, and flow meters. It also provides operating instructions, recommending changing filters regularly, monitoring the system daily, running it continuously, adjusting the recovery rate, and only using filtered water to feed the pump. It cautions against letting chlorine enter the feed water, shutting down the system for long periods, closing the throttle valve completely, operating with insufficient feed flow, or running the pump dry.

1. Solenoid valve – mematikan/ menyalakan feed water
2. Cartridge filter 5 micron – menyisihkan partikel 3. Pressure gauge- mengukur tekanan inlet 4. Control switch - kontrol sistem RO 5. Ro pump- memberi tekanan untuk sistem RO 6. Flow Meter - Measures flow of permeate water 7. Flow Meter - Measures flow of concentrate (waste) water
OPERATING DO’s AND DON’Ts
DO Change the cartridge filters regularly Monitor the system and keep a daily log Run the system as much as possible on a continuous basis. Adjust the system recovery to the recommended value Always feed the pump with filtered water. DON’T Permit chlorine to enter or be present in the feed water. Shut down the system for extended periods. Close the throttle valve completely. Operate the system with insufficient feed flow. Operate the pump dry.
