Ubication

This small country is located in Central America with coast in the Caribbean sea. It has
border with Mexico and Guatemala.
The capital of Belize is Belmopan, however, Belize City is the most populated metropolis
and with busiest airport.
The islands: from the ferry terminal, you can navigate to the nearby
islands of San Pedro (which Madonna immortalized in "the beautiful
island") and Caye Caulker where are coral reefs with more than 100 types
of coral and 500 species of tropical fish.

Maya land In Belize you can find fabulous Mayas ruins with large steps
leading to the top of the stone temples, which usually offer views of 360
degrees from the jungle.

The jungle A huge extension of national parks and nature reserves, it

lodges the national animal of Belize, the tapir, and to the shy jaguar, the
national bird the keel-billed toucan,. the flower national is black orchid and the
national tree the mahogany tree.

Gastronomy Rice and beans (with coconut milk), chicken stew and potato
salad is a typical meal from Belize .

The official language is English, however, very few citizens speak it, most
usually speak Spanish, and others the native language Creole.
