The following points were discussed:

1. The Chief Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa RTS Commission explained
the mandate of RTS, notified services and fundamental rights.
2. The Chief Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa RTS Commission requested
for awareness campaigns in all tehsils of District.
3. RTS Commission brochures need to be displayed on notice board of all notified
departments.
4. Issue of disposal of garbage was discussed by the participants.
5. To revise and make easy the complaint process of RTS.
6. Chief Commissioner directs all VC/NC Secretaries to aware public to register
birth and deaths.
7. Chief Commissioner also discussed about new services notification (Promoting
Education Services like School leaving Certificate).
8. Police Clearance Certificate Notification also discussed in the session.
9. Prime Minister Clean and green Pakistan campaign also discussed with TMA
and Chief Commissioner directed TMA staff to play role in this campaign.
