SPICY TUNA CANAPE COLD APPETIZER

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans of tuna chunks

Cucumber

3 sachets of fita biscuit

Salt and pepper

Mayonnaise

Red chili pepper

PROCEDURE:

 First apply the mise’n place

 Combine tuna, mayonnaise and salt and pepper in medium bowl, stirring
to break up tuna.
 Start putting the base in an accurate plate you desired
 Start putting the tuna spread in your base. Repeatedly do the same
to the remaining base.
 Then, put your garnish. The sliced cucumber and small amount of
red chili pepper at the top of the base that is already filled with
tuna spread.
