Caprese appetizer

Ingredients:
Grape tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese in cubes
2tbs olive oil
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
1pinch of salt
Toothpicks

Procedure:
1. Put in a bowl the tomatoes, the mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt and mix it
2. Put one tomato, one piece of mozzarella and one cube of cheese on the toothpicks
like in the image.
3. ENJOY IT 
Pizza fingers

 Ingredients1 tablespoon of olive oil


 1 clove garlic, crushed
 tin tomatoes, crushed
 basil, chopped
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 french sticks, of 10 cm

4 slices of ham, sliced into thin finger shapes

¼ fresh pineapple, chopped into very small pieces

 mozzarella, sliced into thin finger slices.

Procedure

1. Preheat grill to 180°C. Bring a saucepan to a low to medium heat and then add oil
and garlic. Sauté for a moment, then add tomatoes, and basil and stir together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, take off the heat and set aside. Place bread
fingers in rows onto a non-greased baking sheet and spoon a teaspoon of the tomato
mixture onto each bread finger.

2. Top with a finger-sized piece of ham, pineapple, then a scattering of mozzarella.

3. Place the fingers under the grill for around 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.

4. Let rest for a few minutes and serve.

Italian toasties

Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread
1 spoon of olive oil
Provolone cheese
Pickled onions
Crisps
Tomato paste
A slice of ham or pepperoni

Procedure:
1. Split the loaf of bread through the middle
2. Scrape out the inside of the bread with a spoon
3. Add the olive oil in the interior of the bread
4. Spread the tomato paste and put the others ingredients
5. Sprinkle with oregano if you want to
6. ENJOY IT 
