Abstract

dengue hemorrhagic fever as called DBD is one of the dangerous disease in Indonesia. This
disease spreaad buy aedes sp. Mosquitoes. Dengue virus (VirDen) transmitted by male to female
by transexual or by transsovarial from female parents to offspring. The spread of aedes sp vector
is hugely wide starting from urban areas with dense population and rural. The purpose of this
research is to determine the spread of aedes aegypti mosquitoes in Mulyono Buiding FISIP. This
research used a survey method. The sample of this research is Mulyono Builing Fisip with eight
spot from 1st floor to 4th floor and two spot in basement. The tool used in this research are four
aqua glass to each person consisting two closed black cardboard and two clear glassess. There
are more than ten eggs of aedes aegypti mosquito and three larvae were found in the dispenser,
seven larvae in the bucket and more than ten larvae in swamps, so in total twenty larvae
obtained. With the discovery of larvae from aedes agypti mosquitoes in only few places, it shows
that Mulyono Building has low risk as a breeding places for mosquitoes, especially aedes
aegypti.
