As a school who actively participates in different
enviromnmental friendly tasks, Quezon Integrated School
give importance on proper waste segregation that ‘s not
only protect the environment but also the human health.

This includes proper labelling of the waste bins and

trash cans for easier recycling. It is very important that waste
materials dispose correctly and safely for some of the
hazardous waste can cause long term health problems.

Scheduling by classrooms on garbage disposal

and an Ecosavers Day activity every last Friday of the month
makes this waste segregation an exciting one where
everybody will bring their segregated waste materials that
will be change into school supplies . Some of the recyclable
materials change into decoratives and colourful outputs
used in the school.This activity is better not only for the pupils
and students, but also for the community.
