Electrical Works The Electrical and mechanical Works shall comprise the design supply and installation of the entire equipment required for a complete 115-22 kV substation as shown in the drawings In brief the Works shall include, but not be limited to, the design suoply and installation of ‘One 115-22 KV substation equipped with 1, 115 kV SE6-GAS Insulated switchgear (GIS) indoor type with double busbars, two line bays,two transformer bays and one bus coupler, equipped with Gircuit-breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, instrument transformers, connectors, hardware, ete. Two 115-22 kV, 50 MVA power transformer, with on-load tap changer. 3. 115 kV underground cable connections between = 115 kV GIS and Power Transformer ~ Une bay of 115 kV GIS and cable riser pole (poles erected by PEA, cable fixing structure by contractor) including all cable terminations (pot heads}, supporting structure, fixing materials, cable trays and protection equipment (lightning arresters) 4. 22 KV indoor switchgears with single busbar, one longitudinal bus coupler, two incoming feeder, ten outgoing feeders and two capacitor bank feeders, Computer-based Substation Control System Capacitor bank cubicle Two 22/0.4 kV, 100 kVA station service transformers 22 kV cable connections between ern ae = power transformer and 22 kV switchgear - outgoing feeders of 22 kV switchgears and cable riser poles (poles erected by PEA., cable fixing structure by contractor) - 22 KV switchgears and station service transformer including all cable terminations (pot heads), fixing materials, cable trays. 9. Complete station AC/DC supply with AC/DC distribution boards, battery charger and batteries. 410. Switchyard lighting system with indoor lighting and outdoor lighting for equipment and fence, 11, Farthing system in building for 115 kV GIS. and 22 kV switchgear.12. Lightning protection systern for switchyard and building, 13. All protection and measuring equipment, control and marshaling boards, control desks, low-voltage cables and control cables, cable trays, fixing material, etc 14. Any other equipment and accessories required for the sound economic and safe operation of the substation. 15, Testing and commissioning of entire substation, 16. Antenna Towers and accessories.
