Kadto Travel and Tours is a travel agency that provides services to people who wants to travel
around. The main target of the Kadto Travel and Tours are vacationing families. The main
services of Kadto are flight services and tour services.
Kadto’s technique in their business is that they have a connection to other countries’ travel
agency. By providing calling cards/business cards, this allows them to have customers not just
from the Philippines but also from other countries. This means that Kadto can cater service both
for customers who wants to travel/tour outside the country and foreign customers who wants to
travel/tour inside the country.
The process of service mainly depends on what the customer had asked for. If the customer only
requires flight services, then there are two ways to apply. A customer can send an E-mail to
Kadto and have an online transaction or he/she can go directly to Kadto’s office.
For a flight service, if it is done online, the business will ask for a scanned copy of the
customer’s visa in order to book a flight. If the customer doesn’t have a visa then Kadto sends
them a list of requirements that they have to scan and email it to Kadto. Once checked, Kadto
will ask them to courier the documents to them.
If it is done directly at Kadto’s office, once the customer has given their visa. They will be
immediately booked. If they don’t have visa, they will be given a list of required documents and
then Kadto will process it once submitted.
Kadto also provide services for booking hotel room reservations and car rentals. If the customer
requires for a hotel room or an automobile, then Kadto will ask the customer for the specifics of
their needs such as what kind of room/car they want, the budget, and the dates they would use it.
After that, Kadto will inquire their associate hotels or car rentals if the items wanted are available
on the said date. If it is available then it is booked, if not then the customer will be given another
option.
