Graphic Organizer

In our video lesson, it is described how to properly create and format a professional business
letter. My students are aimed with the task of coming up with a real or non-real business they
work for, and writing to another business. My graphic organizer allows them to watch how to
format a business letter properly while writing down the information they will be putting into the
letter. The graphic organizer has elements where they write the businesses they are using, and the
reason they are writing this business. As in the video, students are educated that a business letter
is divided into three sections. The graphic organizer allows the students to input what
information they will use for each separate sections. All the information they write down will be
added together to incorporate a professional business letter in which they will learn how to make
with the help of the video. The three separate sections of a business letter will vary in size,
therefore I adjusted the elements to better fit those sections as well.
