(QTR ALLOTMENT ON FRESH OPTION)

This is for information of all concerned officers that the following ‘D’, 'C' Type, Married and
Bachelor/Transit Accommodations at Township is vacant and shall be allotted on Fresh Option basis.

Eligible Officers from all Divisions may apply through online Accommodation system under Quick Link on PR
Intranet by 5.00 PM on 24.06.2019. Application in hard copy will not be accepted. Officer may note that allotment
shall be done through online accommodation system on 27.06.2019 and the result shall be published in E- Suvidha
at 5:00 PM as per All India Seniority Basis and choice preferences of quarter/Hostel.
Officers while applying may give their choice/ preference of Quarters/Hostel. Officer who want to decline
Quarter/Hostel, have to apply for cancellation of the application through online system on or before last date of
application i.e. 24.06.2019. If the officer decline the allotted quarter he will not be eligible for allotment for one
year.

The Quarter shall be allotted as per Local guidelines for Accommodation Allotment at Panipat Refinery &
Petrochemical Complex dated 15.03.2016.

The seniority list published by RHQ would be considered for seniority for house allotment for Refineries Division
Officers.

Employees who have availed HBA facility at the place of posting, i.e Panipat and near by one as defined are not
eligible for allotment.
