End-user License Agreement

This Software is intended for the servicing of mobile phones and may be considered illegal in some
countries. Its main purpose is to improve your phone’s performance and increase its value. However, due to
differences in copyright laws you must consult local legislation to determine the limitations imposed by your
state before purchasing, this will help you avoid any violations of law.
Please note that according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act it is illegal for US residents to unlock
their phones purchased after January 26, 2013 without permission from their service providers.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the whole/any part of this software
with or without notice. By accepting this agreement you confirm that we shall not be liable for any
modification to/withdrawal of this software, discovery of product features unintended for this software by the
developer. Please, be aware that we do not take responsibility for changing the region of product usage. You are
fully responsible for all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) related to
software use by you or any other person using your computer.
The owner of the software is allowed to use this product for legal purposes only and in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations. Any reproduction of this software or its transfer to third parties is illegal. Even
the legal use of this product, if it violates the rights of third parties, is prohibited.
