Guideline to use this BOQ Configurator
1. All the sheets are protected so that you can not change anything expect for the Requirements in Matrix Telecom BOQ.
2. For using BOQ, kindly enter your requirement in the Matrix Telecom BOQ as per the format given.
3. This BOQ is only valid for SARVAM UCS/UMG SME - ETERNITY GENX and SARVAM UCS ENT - ETERNITY MENX/LENX.
4. SOHO Products - VISIONPRO, ETERNITY NE, ETERNITY PE and NAVAN CNX200 are not included in this BOQ configurator.
5. While using this BOQ:
- Select Yes or No for Redundancy
- Enter no. of SLT Users required
- Enter no. of DKP Users required
- Enter no. of CO Trunks required
- Enter no. of PRI Trunks required
- Enter no. of BRI Trunks required
- Enter no. of GSM Sim Slots required
- Select Yes or No for Voice Mail
- Enter no. of Voice Mail Channels required in the system
- Enter no. of IP to TDM Channels required
- Enter no. of IP Users required (These IP Users will be separate from VARTA Users)
- Enter no. of E&M Trunks required
- Enter no. of VARTA Essential Users required (These VARTA Users will be separate from IP Users mentioned earlier, so Tot
Users = IP Users + VARTA Essential Users + VARTA Professional Users + VARTA Collaboration Users)

7. The Logic works to give the best possible BOQ required based on the requirements. If there is any Future Growth perspectiv
enter the requirements based on that.

8. The IP to TDM Channels includes the channels required for IP to TDM Channels required and any special function such as Vo
Mail Retrieval, Voice Mail Calls Recording, IP to IP Calls with Transcoding combined. If you don't consider all these special functi
while entering IP to TDM Channels, you will get a Warning which will display that you require more channels. You can add mor
channels considering all these factors, as you require them.
