VD-2005 PRODUCT SUMMARY


VD-2005 is the equipment that can operate in a compatible
way with all sorts of alarm panels and when it is on the alert,
this equipment dials registered phone numbers successively
and is also able to have them listen to the recorded voice message.

INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING


When the device connections are made and energy is given, the green indicator light on the device gets
activated. If the executed operation is correct, long beep sound indicates the affirmation, if the operation
is wrong, the errors indicated through short beep sounds.

1 EXTENSION NUMBER RECORD & ERASE OPERATION

If the equipment is directly connected to Post Office line, this operation can not be executed. If the
equipment is connected to extension phone line and If there is a number which is used to connect to
Post Office line, that number is dialed here and # key is pressed. (Max. 5 Digits)

2 EXTERNAL NUMBER RECORD OPERATION

The registering of the numbers that you want the equipment to dial when it is on the alert. Dial the number
that is going to be registered and press key *. You can exit with press key #

While registering any number, if you enter a wrong number, pressing the key #, enter the number again
and by pressing the key *, go on with the registering operation. (Max. 114 Digit with spaces)

3 SINGLE NUMBER DELETION OPERATION

To be able to delete any number that you registered with external number record operation, dial phone
number and press key #.

Note: When we delete any registered phone number in any sequence, the dialing sequence switches to
one left following the number that is deleted.

4 RESTORING FACTORY SETTINGS

This operation deletes all the registered extension and outside phone numbers and voice message records.
Don't execute this operation unless necessary.

5 THE NUMBER OF DIALING
*It determines the number of dialing operations that is going to be executed when it is on the alert.
The factory settings is “2 times”.

6 DIALING TYPE
*It determines the mode in which it is going to dial the number. According to factory settings, it is determined
as DTMF. But if the equipment does not dial a number, switch to PULSE.

7 VOICE MESSAGE LISTENING TIME

It determines how long the machine is going to make the dialed number listen to the recorded voice message.
The record operates depending on the length of the message. The equipment starts to have the dialed number
listen to the message 5 seconds after dialing the phone number. The factory setting is adjusted as 20 seconds.

When the red indicator light on the equipment is on, speak out loud from 15-20 cm distance. Total voice
record is 40 seconds. If your voice record is over in less than 40 seconds time, you end the record operation
by pressing key #

9 INDEPENDENT/DEPENDENT ALARM OPERATION

It determines whether the equipment is going to dial depending on the alarm trigger or not. According to
factory settings, it is determined as independent. Independent; once the alarm trigger is on, the equipment
does not stop until it dials all the numbers.Dependent; it starts dialing when the alarm trigger is on and
ceases when it is off.

0 DIALING SHUTOFF OPERATION

It determines whether the dialing can be cancelled or not by using the keys on the equipment after receiving
the equipment's alarm trigger. The factory setting is adjusted as 1 uncancellable.
