    Greetings!

    For the past few months, the shortage of water supply to our school has become an
    agony to every teacher and pupil. Every day is a struggle most especially in maintaining
    the cleanliness of the classrooms, comfort rooms and the surroundings. Despite of our
    efforts in checking and repairing water lines, our water bill continues to upsurge with a
    maximum amount of Php. 20,000.00 which makes a large cut from our MOOE every
    month.
    To address this concern, the school in partnership with the PTA would like to install 1
    jetmatic pump as alternative solution to the problem. However, our financial resources
    couldn’t suffice to defray the expenses for the said installation.
    In line with this, we would like to request from your good office one (1) jetmatic pump
    and the labor force in needs for our school. Through this, we would be able to maximize
    our resources and ensure the health and well-being of our school children.
    We hope that this humble request merits your favorable approval.
