    The MAPEH Department is currently holding its annual celebration this February. As a
    participant to the upcoming contest, I would like to ask for your permission to please excuse and
    allow the following students of Grade 9 – Curie in accordance to their General Practice.

    Although attendance at this endeavor requires their absence from your class, the students
    understand that it is their responsibility to make up any assignments or exams that they may miss
    and at your convenience.
