Project Description:

I am a business consultant. My job will be to help Brian by working closely with him to identify his S.W.O.T’s.
I will also work under him to better understand how he run his business. My jobs will be to provide Ideas on
how to better his business. Provide relevant and current content for social media. Bring awareness to his
business Via social media

Project Goals:

TO build and publicize the pub/ cinema page and gain a minimum of 200 followers to the new page and re post
2 or more posts a week he puts on the regular Kretchman’s page.

Project Skills:

The skills I will need for this project are a good foundation of knowledge of social media. I will learn what
works in a small demographic with an up and coming business. The tools needed are internet access, a phone
and posts to make/share

Duties and Tasks (Action Plan):

some challenges are Webster isn’t seen as a go to town. People are deterred because of the lack of upscale
options for entertainment in the area. Some more restraining forces are the location, people are on edge being
behind the Webster police department. They are scared they will get targeted and pulled over for “ drunk
driving”. Still on location Frederick ST. isn’t a well known street and often easy to miss. Kretchman’s is up and
coming but the demographic he wants doesn’t got here right now. A majority of his client base is middle age &
“older drinkers”. The minority is new drinkers but he wants to target those for the bar and 25-50 year old
mothers for the cinema. People often don’t want to come to Webster so we need to give them a reason to come
to webster and to our pub and cinema.

Evaluation and Project Completion:

The cinema gets up and running before June 21st soft opening. To add 200+ followers to the pub/cinema page.

Pay and Benefits

I will gain my T.I.P certification which will allow me to legally serve people alcohol. I will also learn about the
ins and outs of running a small business.

Overview of the Organization:

Kretchman’s is a family Craft bar and cinema located in downtown Webster MA. They have been open for 7
years now 5 of which have been at the current location. Brian and Kelly are the owners and managers of
Kretchman’s. Brian is also the brew master and makes all the inhouse monthly rotating beers.
