(a) For regular students, filling up degree in absentia form along with Picture, attested
Photo copies of I.D. Card / DMC, Provisional Certificate (P.C) and latest clearance
certificate from the department. Private candidates are exempted from clearance and
they will have to get the said requirements attested from any Gazetted Officer.
(b) Prescribed Fee for degree is mentioned in the bank slip.
(c) After completion of the above, degree form will be submitted in the Diary/
Dispatch Exam section for getting diary number.
(d) With normal Fee mentioned in the Bank slip the degree will be prepared within 45
Days, if all the relevant record is available and no fault lying on the part of a
Candidate.
(e) With an urgent Fee mentioned in the Bank slip, the degree will be prepared within
2 or 3 days if the Vice Chancellor & Controller of Exams are available, as well as
all relevant record is available and no fault lying on the part of candidate.
(a) In addition to the above process for original degree two News Paper cuttings, FIR
and affidavit are also needed
(b) Prescribed Fee is mentioned in the Bank slip.
(a) Filling up Mig:/NOC form along with clearance certificate attested by the
concerned head of the department and private students will get the form attested
by any gazzetted Officer.
(b) Prescribed Fee is mentioned in the Bank slip.
(c) After completion of the above process, the form will be submitted in
diary/dispatch Exams: Section for getting diary number.
(d) With normal Fee mentioned in the Bank slip the Mig: Certificate will prepared
within five days.
(e) With an urgent Fee mentioned in the Bank slip, the Migration certificate will be
prepared within twenty four hours.
(a) Maximum numbers of two subjects are allowed in BA/B.Sc. Part-I, II Exam.
(b) For those subject in which practical are involved then a candidate will produce a
practical certificate from Government College for taking additional subject
examination.
(c) If a student takes the additional subject exam in (Physics, Chemistry Zoology,
Biology and HPE) subjects then the same subject must have in FA/F.Sc, Otherwise
student is ineligible.
(d) If a student wants to take additional subject then he/she must apply for both Part-
I & P-II. After declaration of result of his / her additional subject. If he/she failed in
one part and passed in the other part then he/she will be considered as failed in
additional subjects.
(10) SOP for: -
(A) Special chance for examination in Pharm-D.
(a) There will be 6 chances for each professional after original examination.
(b) After availing 6 chances in any professional’ a special chance will also be given
to the candidate by paying prescribed Fee per paper along with examination fee, the
amount will be doubled, tripled and so on for next special chance.
(B) Special Chance for Term system
(a) There shall be 3 chances for a candidate after Final term exam in each term.
(b) After availing three chances of examination a special chance will be given by
paying prescribed Fee per paper fine + exam fee, the amount will be doubled, tripled
and so on for next special chance.

How to take BA (Part-I & II ) and MA(Previous/Final) Combined Exams?
(a) A candidate will be eligible to take BA combine exam after 2 years gap from FA/
F.Sc result declaration.
(b) A candidate will be eligible to take M.A (Private) combine exam after 2 years gap
from BA/ B.Sc. result declaration.
(12) SOP for: -
(A) Failed in Aggregate in BA/BSc & MA/MSc (Private).
(a) A candidate will be considered as failed in aggregate if his/her overall percentage
is below36%.
(b) Grace marks are also given to the candidate according to rules in case of BA/BSc
& MA/MSc (Private) if a candidate is failing in aggregate.
(B) How to take BA Exam if a candidate has taken BA exam in past but was
failed In one or two papers?
(a) If a candidate has only taken BA P-I in past but failed in one or two papers then
he can take the exam of that paper any year.
(b) If a candidate has taken BA P-I,II in past but failed in BA P-II in one or two
papers then there are four consecutive chances for his /her to re-appear. After availing
four chances a special chance will be given by paying prescribed Fee per paper along
with the exam fee. This fee will be doubled, tripled and so on for next chance that
follows.
Note: - 1) Examination fee will be revised every year as per University policy.
2) Fee deposited Bank slip is acceptable up to 08 months from the date of
deposit.
3) After 8 month, no Bank deposit slip will be refundable.
4) On line Bank depositing is already in practice from 1st March 2017
through NBP Code No.1373, A/C No.596-2.
5) No Bank Draft is acceptable.
