 MACHINE DESCRIPTION
BABY MODEL:
This machine is commonly used to make Medical (pharmacy) covers i.e. small
size covers. Specialized covers such as Agarpathy covers, Fancy covers are
commonly made by this machine. This machine cannot do gusseted covers.

STANDARD MODEL:
This machine is commonly used to make bakery covers and grocery covers i.e.
medium size covers. This machine can also run Fancy covers and medical
covers. This machine can do gusseted covers.
LARGE MODEL:
This Model Machine are used to make Textile Bags, Shopping Bags, Bakery
Bags, Grocery Bags etc... Since this machine can do Starting from 10 x 15 cm to
42 x 60 cm this machine can do more variety of sizes. This can also do gusseted
bags.
 CREASING MACHINES

The Fully automatic machine which are stated above can do only V bottom bags.
If you want to convert the V-bottom bags to square bottom bags, you will need a
Creasing Machine as extra (to crease the bottom and convert it). By using the
Same Creasing machine, you could feed High Gsm paper sheets make Paper Bags
of High Gsm by folding and gumming manually.

Roller creasing machine can also do only creasing operation. The 6 rollers in
these machines are easily adjustable. This machine can also do from 40GSM to
350GSM. Paper sheets are manually fed in this machine and creased. This
machine can do up to 1500 sheets per hour irrespective of the GSM of paper
sheet

This is one type of creasing machine which can also do cutting operation by
changing the rollers to cutting blades. Just by manual feeding, the papers can be
creased. It contains 10 rollers which is easily adjustable. The speed can be
varied by the user easily. This is the only semi-automatic machine which is used
for high speed production purpose. It can crease up to 3000 sheets per hour.

Manual eyelet punching machine is used to make 2 eyelets punching at the

same time. The space between the eyelets can be adjusted manually. If you are
using this machine for hole punching (the dies are provided) more than 10 bags
can be hole punched at a time. Any size of die can be fixed and this can also do
eyelet punching for Non-woven bags/ cardboard bags/ paper bags etc.
