The hurricane reached the coast Mirt! of South Carolina moving at a speed of 175 km per hour and headed northeast for about 28 km per hour as meteorologists observed. ‘The American Centre of surveillance of tornados and hurricanes(NHC) announced that Florence is likelyto fade out but the danger of sudden floods still exists. The previous day the governor of Maryland Larry Hogan declared the state, in state of ‘emergency following the example of Georgia Washington D.C, Virginia, South and North Carolina. The last hours the rain stopped but rivers had overflooded like Cape Fear and highways were torn in half and especially highway 95 which crosses north and South ‘Carolina. The city of Wilmington, which was swept by the hurricane on Friday, remains cut off from the rest of the country, as all the roads leading to the settlement of 117,000 inhabitants are inaccessible. In a first estimate, nearly § 2.5 billion is the material damage caused by Florence, such as in residents, shops and industrial units, but also in vehicles. If the school gives us some space and put some locks on the ground, more students will come on their bicycles. If they come to school on their bike, roads will have fewer cars. Also, students will be train their body and they will do their daily exercise | think if we have some lockers for bikes in every school, we will improve our physical condition. In addition, itis more ecological because bicycles are better than cars.| don’t think all the children enjoy carrying a lock in their bag and go to school having to put the lock on the wall every day. if schools had locks, it would be better for the students. if we all gave some money to the school, the school could buy some locks and place them on the ground.
