Gateway Rail's supply chain solutions work on the fundamental framework of a service system
that integrates diverse capabilities for comprehensive logistics. offerings span the entire range of
rail services required for Export, Import and Domestic containerized cargo. Integrate first and
last mile road connectivity with provisions for custom clearing, factory stuffing and de-stuffing
of containers, bonded and non-bonded warehousing and other terminal-based, value-added
services.

Customized solutions for domestic container services

Every business has unique requirements, so we work with our customers to develop solutions that
meet specific needs. Our end-to-end domestic container transportation solutions cater to a wide
variety of industries across India.

1. Exim Rail Services

Gateway Rail operates regular and frequent train services between North India, from Gurgaon and
Ludhiana Container Terminals to the western ports of Mundra, JNPT (Nhava Sheva) and Pipavav.
We regularly service exporters and importers in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, National
Capital Region, (Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida), Uttar Pradesh (Aligarh, Meerut, Agra,
Kashipur) and Rajasthan (Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Neemrana) in North India.
 ICDs at Sahnewal and Garhi operate upto 119 and 75 EXIM services to and from the terminals a
month.

They also have a dedicated fleet of trailers which enables integration of rail transportation with
first and last mile road connectivity for door pickup and delivery of containers.

EXIM services include:

 Rail transportation of containers to or from JNPT (Nhava Sheva), Mundra, Pipavav

 Stuffing, de-stuffing of cargo at the Inland Container Depot / Dry Port
 Warehousing
 Bonded warehouse for container storage and despatch
 Air-conditioned warehouse for temperature sensitive cargo
 Transit facilities
 Customs clearance with EDI facility
 Door-pickup and delivery of containers

They also offer office space to customs agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and transporters at all
its Terminals.

2. Domestic services include:

extensive capabilities ensure secure, efficient and committed logistics till the last mile and are also
C-TPAT compliant.

C-TPAT
C-TPAT compliance aims to provide stringent security implementation at all ICDs. An entire team
of expert professionals inclusive of a Manager, Deputy Manager, Assignment Officer, Security
Supervisor, Head Guard, Field Inspector and a fleet of security personnel are deployed for
standardization of various operating procedures and norms at the warehouses. With the C-TPAT
in place, our Terminals have a robust safety system while incorporating elements non-negotiable
to warehouse security.

5. Reefer Services

Gateway Rail terminals are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure required for handling
reefer containers

■ 150+ Reefer Plug Points across all facilities

■ Specially developed Power Pack containers for ensuring power to reefer containers in transit
on rail with 150% redundancy
■ Customized end to end solutions for reefer customers from factory to port and vice versa

6. Ship to Rail

Gateway Rail is the pioneer in "Ship to Rail” premium dedicated rail service with a fixed day
departure from various ports and ICD for import and export cargo of all major shipping lines
and large customers. The Rail service is aligned with the vessel discharge day for Imports and
vessel window cut-offs day in for Exports. We currently operate 5 weekly services from Mundra
and 7 weekly services from Pipavav port for ICD at Gurugram, Faridabad and Ludhiana. We also
operate 2 import services and 1 export service for our large corporate customers to ensure a smooth
supply chain of their international shipments.

The characteristic features of the “Ship to Rail” are -
