• Take-off quantities through drawings & specifications for pre-contract and post contract works.

• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates and materials required.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Logs, plans and reports for Electrical, HVAC &
Plumbing services.

• Prepare Technical submittal to obtain approval from client/consultant.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participant.

• Preparing RFIs, Variations, Contractual letters, Client Contractor Correspondences, Method Statements.
