Fast Fat Blast 7-Day Challenge Simple

Nutrition Plan

Alright, so since the Fast Fat Blast is a workout focused program and the workouts will be unlike
any other workout program you’ve ever done, I’ve made the nutrition plan for the challenge
extra simple so you don’t get too overwhelmed.

Here it is:
Step 1
Every Evening Before Bed:
➔ Fill a 1-liter bottle up with water
➔ Add roughly 1 tablespoon of salt to the water (preferably pink Himalayan salt)
➔ Add lemon, lime, or any calorie-free water sweetener like Mio (the electrolyte kind is a
great choice) - for taste
➔ Place the concoction on your nightstand, in your bathroom or somewhere you won't miss
it first thing in the morning
➔ Finish the entire 1-liter bottle of salt water within 20 minutes of waking up in the morning

Step 2
Breakfast:
➔ 6 - 8oz of red meat
➔ 1 - 2 whole eggs
➔ 1 serving (handful) of any kind of nuts
➔ 2 - 3 cups of any veggie

Step 3
Rest of Day:
➔ Eat whatever you’d like for the rest of the day (I recommend only whole foods, and at the
very least make sure you eat 0.6 - 1.2 grams of protein per pound of your bodyweight)
➔ Drink 4 liters of water on top of the 1-liters you have in the morning
