 Safety of the vehicles can be improved by properly selecting materials and design for
vehicle body
 Stiff cage structural concept is adopted to give protection for passengers in all
modes of survivable collisions.

 To minimize intrusion after vehicle met with an accident three different crush zones
like soft front zone, primary and secondary crush zones are identified. Then the
suitable materials are implemented in those zones to minimize intrusion.
