Model inputs included real-estate fundamentals for each submarket, as well as analyst opinions on rankings. Calculations handled
in javascript for realtime feedback. Data pulled from / pushed to SQL Server stored procedures using PHP.

stored procedures to standardize data retrieval for other analysts. Optimized existing tables to perform faster by adding indexes
and primary keys.
● Automated and maintained econometric model for retail CRE forecasts for major US metros. Led design, testing, and execution of
quarterly retail subclass forecasting model. Tested and validated model in Stata, automated running in Excel/VBA, and automated
uploading the output to SQL Server.
● Built a web-tool which allowed analysts to easily override modeled supply and demand with interactive charts using d3.js.

cluster analysis performed in R. Visualization created using Google Maps API.
