 Second Semester project consisted of designing a Mixed -Use building using the the lot
at 1999 ALtona Road. It was to consist of several retail shops, offices, a restaurant, as
well as commonly required utilities such as Washrooms, Janitors rooms, common area etcs.
Special features include green roof, passive solar design and shading. Project was done
completely in Revit as opposed to other projects that were done in autocad or a mixture
of autocad/revit.

 Rougeville
Fourth Semester project consisted of designing a School using a lot in the
Scarborough Rougeville neighborhood.. It was to consist of Primary Classes (Gr 1-3),
Mid (Gr 4-6), high (Gr 7-8), Gym, Art Class, Library,
Science Room, Computer Room, Special Ed, Principals
Office etc.. Special features in the design included passive solar design and a solar wall.
Project was done completely in Revit as opposed to other projects that were done in
autocad or a mixture of autocad/revit.
