ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS
Based from the discussion with the CLIENT, they are looking for a
design of a One-Storey Dream House with the following minimum
spaces:
• parking for 1 car
• living area/room
• dining area/room
• kitchen
• Master’s bedroom with walk-in-closet (w.i.c) toilet and bath
• Bedrooms for the children
• common toilet and bath
• Maid’s room
• Others

ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS
The project is single detached unit (R-1)
You are allowed to suggest additional spaces/rooms.
However, you need to take into consideration that
the client prefers to have as much open space as
possible in their lot.
These open spaces can be used as garden, outdoor
hangout area, play area of children, hanging area for
laundry, etc.

3. July 22 - Site Development plan & Roof Plan (10pts) - Online submission
4. July 25- Face to face class: Elevation and Section Draft
July 27 - Elevation & Section (20 pts section) -Online submission
5. July 30- 1 Perspective (exterior) (10 pts) + complete submission- online submission
