to License? No. DPR-26 was issued. Chatge No. 10 was sent to you with
our letter sated May 9, 1975.

Page 6-4 (Table 6.2-1) should speCify two (2) licensed operators "at
all other times" insteZd of one(l) (Column 3, Row 2 of Table 6.2-1).
A replacement page is provided for page 6-4 as well as page 6-3 which
has no corrections but is the back of page 6-4 and therefore must be
replaced. Please make this correction in your copies of the Technical
Specifications for Indian Point Unit No. 2.
