Dear Channel Partner,

In our regular endeavour to focus on the footfall & conversion of a Showroom, we had
identified that BTL activity as a major lever to increase the Footfalls of Showroom & Up-
gradation of Sleepwell Champion at the Showroom for increasing conversion.

We have identified your Showroom - M/S GOODWILL TIMBER & PLYWOOD CO,VATIKA for
doing the pilot for BTL activity to monitor the footfalls by already installed camera where
execution of BTL activity would be mandatory during the Pilot period, and also the Up-
gradation of your Sleepwell Champion - ANURAG TRIPATHI by Training.

Training will not only upgrade the Sleepwell Champion on products but also empower
him/her with more confidence while interacting to the customers.

Additionally, in order to motivate the Sleepwell Champion, we are also announcing


an Incentive Program on High End models, as mentioned below, for the Sleepwell Champion
which will lead him/her to sell more high end models resulting to big business volume of the
Showroom.

The details of the Incentive Program are as follows:

1. The Incentive Program for Sleepwell Champion will start from 7th June 2019 to 31st
July 2019

2. The Showroom has to register a minimum 5% growth in Secondary Sales


(combined in all category) in current month (June & July) compared to last year
same month for the Sleepwell Champion to qualify in the Incentive Program

3. The Incentive Program will be applicable on pair of High End mattresses in tertiary
Sales (72 x 48 & above will be considered as a pair) of each month (June / July) sold
by the Sleepwell Champion which will have a cash payout through Paytm directly to
the Sleepwell Champion at the end of the Incentive Program.

4. The incentive payout will be separately calculated and paid off for June and July
2019 respectively.

After the Sale of the specified model, the Sleepwell Champion has to register the mattress
warranty along with mentioning his/her first name in Warranty Registration page (Warranty
registration icon is available in Great Plus)

The above Incentive Program is a part of the Pilot which we are conducting in limited stores /
area / territory. The impact / result of the Incentive Program with higher business volume at
your Showroom will lead us to draw a way forward for the same.

3. The Incentive Program will be applicable on pair of High End mattresses in tertiary
Sales (72 x 48 & above will be considered as a pair) of each month (June / July) sold
by the Sleepwell Champion which will have a cash payout through Paytm directly to
the Sleepwell Champion at the end of the Incentive Program.

4. The incentive payout will be separately calculated and paid off for June and July
2019 respectively.

After the Sale of the specified model, the Sleepwell Champion has to register the mattress
warranty along with mentioning his/her first name in Warranty Registration page (Warranty
