Training Modules: H2S detection device, Alarm response, escape breathing

apparatus with hood & mask, cascade system.

Schedule: Upon request (except National Holidays)

Timing: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs

Pre-requisite: 1. Govt. approved photographic I.D. proof (Passport, PAN card, driving licence)
2. Self declaration for medical fitness/ Valid Offshore Medical Fitness certificate.

Course fee: Rs.22000/- + 18% GST per delegate (INR 25960/-)

Payment terms: In advance on confirmation of course through wire transfer. Other modes of
payment DD/cash or by credit/debit card (2% credit charges applicable).

Booking: Through TRF (attached).

TRF should be complete with stamp & signature for company sponsored
delegates.

Confirmation: On receipt of TRF, Joining Instructions will be issued to the delegates.

Accommodation: Available at institute premises. Rate includes in-house cooked hygienic Breakfast,
Lunch & Dinner, laundry & Wi-Fi facility:
@ Rs.1200/- per day per delegate for air conditioned dormitory
@ Rs.2500/- per day per delegate for twin sharing rooms, and
@ Rs.3500/- per day for Single room
