SERVICE RATES

Umaira Syahmi Resources Group Sdn Bhd personals are multi-disciplined, highly experienced in troubleshooting of all
system faults, be it of prime mover, renewal energy, automotive, crane, electric, electronic, hydraulic, or mechanical nature.
Our Service will be charged at a daily/hourly rate according to signed time sheets and work-done report as per tariff listed
below:

1.) WEEKDAY SERVICE RATES:

Normal Working Time 0900H~1800H: RM2000.00 Daily Rate
Overtime 1800H~2400H RM250.00 Per Hour
Overtime 2400H~0900H: RM360.00 Per Hour

2.) WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY SERVICE RATE:

Normal Working Time 0900H~1800H: RM2800.00 Daily Rate
Overtime 1800H~2400H RM500.00 Per Hour
Overtime 2400H~0900H: RM500.00 Per Hour
* Public Holidays are based on Malaysia Holiday Regulations

3.) TRAVEL EXPENSES:

a. Free travel charge for site inside state of Perak only.
b. Mileage cost using company vehicle (RM1.00/KM).
c: All fares, air travel, accommodation, car rental, parking, luggage transport, launch/bumboat costs etc. will be invoiced at
actual costs plus 10% handling fee.
*If the accommodation bills are higher than the fixed rate, actual expenses will be invoiced.

4.) DELAYS:
Umaira Group is not responsible for inclement weather conditions, waiting time of any kind or delays at the site.

5.) SURCHARGE:
Any additional surcharge (e.g., Shipyard surcharge) will have to be borne by the customer.

6.) TAXES:
Any taxes and levies imposed by the authorities in the country of service are to be borne by the
customer. This is especially valid for withholding taxes on services carried out in Labuan & Singapore.

7.) PCR TEST (On Request):

Covid 19 swab PCR test RM300 & RTK RM120 per pax.

9) QUARANTINE:
All quarantine cost such as hotel and swab test will be borne by customer

8) PAYMENT TERM:
70% down payment upon PO confirmation, 30% upon delivery/commissioning/job complete.
