SERVICE RATES
Umaira Syahmi Resources Group Sdn Bhd personals are multi-disciplined, highly experienced in troubleshooting of all
system faults, be it of prime mover, renewal energy, automotive, crane, electric, electronic, hydraulic, or mechanical nature.
Our Service will be charged at a daily/hourly rate according to signed time sheets and work-done report as per tariff listed
below:
4.) DELAYS:
Umaira Group is not responsible for inclement weather conditions, waiting time of any kind or delays at the site.
5.) SURCHARGE:
Any additional surcharge (e.g., Shipyard surcharge) will have to be borne by the customer.
6.) TAXES:
Any taxes and levies imposed by the authorities in the country of service are to be borne by the
customer. This is especially valid for withholding taxes on services carried out in Labuan & Singapore.
9) QUARANTINE:
All quarantine cost such as hotel and swab test will be borne by customer
8) PAYMENT TERM:
70% down payment upon PO confirmation, 30% upon delivery/commissioning/job complete.
