5.00pm with 1 hour meal break eight (8) hours per day, working exceeding the stipulated hours will be charged as OT. 4. Inclusion - Diesel
& machine operator. 5. Exclusion - Delivery of machinery (MOB & DeMOB) 6. Others; a)No deduction is allowed due to your work
schedule, weather change, material shortage, standby at site or unforeseen circumstance b) Hirer to arrange and responsible for all
necessary insurance for labour,public laibilitie, third party risk and properties. c)Shiya Machinery Sdn Bhd reserve the right to commence
legal proceedings againts hirer in order to recover the debt. d) Hirer to keep the machinery in a safe location and shall be responsible for any
damage to or lost/theft to the machinery during hiring period e)Hirer shall be responsible for any damage, personal injury, claims or lawsuits
caused by the usage/operation of the machinery f)Hirer to indemnify Shiya Machinery Sdn Bhd for all suits or claims from any party lies
consequence of item (e) above. g) In the event that the Hirer does not sign this quotation for whatever so reasons, the Hirer acceptance of
the service shall be deemed as
the Hirer’s full confirmation and acceptance of the Owner’s rates, terms and conditions as stipulated in this quotation
