Remarks : L) Main Con has to Provide 10 part time workers as and when required for installation / Dismantle and
other assistans works.
2) For Embedment services, we will provide free embedment for 3 levels starting from Level 1, after which will be
taking over by main-con to continue the services.
3) The Monthly service charges will only be started upon completion of installation works.
4) ln the event if there is any shortfall or access payment, either party has to reimbursed for the different.
( 5 ) . Sales with goods return @ SLP ( Self Loading Platform) as follow :

Note for item (5) : Must purchase together with either option (1) or (2) of our SCP (Self Climbing Platform) and we will provide
free service for Liftting / Decending arrangement.

Quotation
Exclude: Unloading, Mobile / Tower Crane, Temporary Platform to support installation work, 50 mm G.I
Pipe & coupling for bracing pu{posed, fabric netting, basic tools, screw / accessories, machinery,
lubricants, pvc pipe / sheet, tape, hole patching materials, power supply (including cable) etc.

Notes: Price quoted is based on your drawing and are subject to final measurement on the actual
Framework area. The SCP system is applied at typical floors only. Lifting services will start
from the date of erection completed of each biock.

1) Payment Term: Sales : Deposit: 30% of Sales value payable by Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Bank Draft within Seven (7) working days from the date of Purchase
Order.
: Balance 65% af Sales value payable by Irrevocable Transferable
At Sight Letter of Credit (LC) within 30 days before materials arrived to site.
Balance af 5o/o upon completion of installation at site.

2) Letter of Credit: Irrevocable Letter of Credit At Sight.

( for Sales Only ) Expiry Date: To provide additional 15 days from the last shipment date.
Shipment - Partial & transshipment allowed. +l- Ten (10%) percent tolerance on
quantity and of sales value.

3) Price: All Price quoted in Ringgit Malaysia deliver to site exclude unloading & GST.

a) Goods & Service Tax: Hyundai Formwork Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to impose (6%) Goods &
Services Tax rate on the invoice value in compliance with the implementation
of the Goods & Service Tax by the Malaysia Government effective 1tt April
2015.

5) Delivery Period: 90 days from the date of approved shell plan stamp and Signed for the first
block, Batrance of SCP for other block would be on site progressively over a
further period of 2-3 weeks time frame.

6) Maintenance Servtces: 12 months warranty for all the parts and accessories.

7) Commencement Period : The date of commencement is applied on 15 days from the date of final delivery
( for Sales with of completed set of Self Climbing Platform Equipment at the project site or the
Goods Returned Only) date of commencement of first set up of Self Climbing Platform Equipment
Whichever comes earlier.

8) Usage Period: Option for Sales with Goods Retuned contract period is for 12 months. If
(for Sales with the fuli set of Equipment returned less than 12 months, the total usage rate
Goods Returned Only) still be charged at full amount.

9) Termination Notice: To terminate or end of the usage period service, the main contractor must give
(for Sales with Goods us a letter of notice at least I Month (30 days) before the end of Contract.
Returned Only) The usage period shall be reasonable and agreed by both sides.

10) Goods returned Upon completion of the first project, you have to returned the Full Set
( for Sales with Framework to us within 1 month to our designated factory within Malaysia.
Goods Returned Only) Arrangement of return & transport expenses are bear by Purchaser / Hirer.

11) Lost or Damaged Item: In the event if The Self-Climbing Platform Set quantities are short, missing or (
for (Sales with damaged when returned, these shorted or damaged items will be charged as sold
Goods Retumed Only) unit.

12) Main Con Provide : Working area for our equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, crane and forklift for
& site offrce for our technical staffs,
assistant of installation work, site store
accommodation & transport for all our technical staffs and workers, electric
supply (including wiring) connect to our system.

13) Site Insurance: Main contractor must provide insurance as follow:

A) Cover the lost or damaged of SCP materials. In the event if main contractor
did not buy the insurance, then the lost or damaged items willbe charged as
sold units.
B) Cover our workers during the whole operation of works at your site.

14) Working Hours On a normal working day (Monday to Saturday), our working hours is from
8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Any overtime or work on public holiday / Sunday shall be
claimed according to labour law rate.

15) Cancellation Charges: 30% will be charged within 30 days from the date of P.O, thereafter will be
considered sold.
16) Work Idling: Any changes in drawings or delay in work schedules at site will be charged as
work idling.

17) Variable Order: Framework production will start 7 days upon contract signed. Any changes in
drawing received after 7 days will be charged as V.O.

18) Future Projects Design, refurbishment and monthly storage charges of framework can be
arranged with reasonable charges.

19) Validity date: 15 days from date of this quotation.
