Implementation of Updated Outstation Staff Allowance Rates

Dear All,

The subject above is refers.

The Company wishes to formally notify all employees of the implementation of revised outstation staff claim rates,
effective from March 1, 2024. These adjustments have been strategically instituted to optimize the company's
expense management processes and ensure uniformity. The details are as below:

a. Klang Valley area

The site claim rate for staff operating within the Klang Valley remains unchanged at RM 30.00 (Thirty
Malaysian Ringgit Only) per day.

b. Outside Klang Valley

For staff working outside the Klang Valley area, the outstation allowance will be divided into two
categories:

i. Meals Allowance: RM 30.00 (Thirty Malaysian Ringgit Only) per day.

ii. Site Allowance: RM 30.00 (Thirty Malaysian Ringgit Only) per day.

Please be informed that these revised rates are applicable to all staff and will come into effect starting from the
effective date.

All employees are urged to be fully aware of and adhere to these updated rates in future jobs to avoid potential
issues. In case of any need for clarification or assistance regarding these adjustments, employees are
encouraged to contact the HR Department.
