2: COURSE DELIVERY DETAILS

Training will be conducted at Iverson’s premises – Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya

Official Course Material and Certificate of Attendance will be provided
Training will be conducted by Certified and Experienced Trainer
Course confirmation to be made 2 (two) weeks prior to course commencement
Course duration from 9.00am to 5.00pm
Class size – maximum to 20 participants

4: TERMS OF PAYMENT

5: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Once the Purchase Order or Enrolment form has been accepted, NO request for PO or Enrolment form
cancellation shall be entertained. Any or all payment received shall NOT be refundable.
2. IVERSON ASSOCIATES SDN BHD reserves the absolute right to cancel or postpone the training with
seven [7] days prior written notification.
3. Participant must provide minimum of seven [7] working days advance written notification to IVERSON
ASSOCIATES SDN BHD for training rescheduling.
4. The participant is allowed to request for training date rescheduling twice [two times] only.
5. Any participant(s) request for rescheduling exceeding the number of time(s) as stipulated above shall be
rejected immediately.
6. Participant(s) who failed to attend the training on the date(s) as registered and confirmed shall have their
registration voided or nullified and payment shall be forfeited immediately.
7. Participant(s) training rescheduling is subject to IVERSON ASSOCIATES SDN BHD acceptance and
approval. IVERSON ASSOCIATES SDN BHD reserves the absolute right to reject such request at our sole
discretion.
8. A 50% of the standard course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/postponement is received
less than seven [7] working days prior to course commencement.
9. A 100% of the standard course fee will charged if written notice of cancellation/postponement is received
less than three [3] working days prior to course commencement.
