SUBJECT: ONE DAY CITY DEPED ADVOCACY MEETING ON VARIOUS SCHOOL- BASED HEALTH
AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS
1. In support to the Disease-Free School Initiative, the Department of

Health-
CAR Office in coordination with the Department of Education –CAR, the City
DepEd Advocacy meeting will be conducted on May 17, 2018 at Las Vegas Hotel
and Restaurant at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.
2. The participants to this activity are as follows:

3. The purpose of this advocacy is to review various health school-

and nutrition program implementation,best practices, updates, learning
knowledge, skills and attitudes.
4. Meals and snacks will be provided by DOH-CAR office while travelling

expenses will be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and procedures.
5. Widest dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is desired.
