Dear Participant,

I am pleased to inform that you have been selected for participation in the 44th
International Nathiagali Summer College (INSC) for the 2nd Scientific Activity, i.e “Nano
Materials and Semiconductor Devices” from 15 – 20 July, 2019.

Kindly note the followings:

1) Please confirm your acceptance by return e-mail till 3rd July 2019. In case of
non-confirmation, the offer will be treated as cancelled.
2) Pick & drop may be provided within Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Transport will be
available at 08:00 am near NORI Hospital G-8, Skyways Faizabad and Abpara opposite
to Kamran Hotel. Please confirm your pick up point if you want to avail this facility.
3) Lunch and tea will be provided during the activity from 15 – 20 July 2019.
4) No accommodation will be provided.
5) Participants of first week must reach NCP between 08:00 am to 08:30 am for
inaugural function on 15th July 2019. Otherwise entrance in NCP will not be allowed
from 08:30 am to 12:00 noon.
6) No reimbursement will be made of taxi fare, any other travel expenses, hotel
charges, etc. other than that specified by INSC.
7) INSC will not entertain accompanying persons/drivers they will have to arrange
their own lunch/tea.
8) Participants are requested to bring Original CNIC & copy of this E-mail.
