GILBERT F. VILLANUEVA
Officer-In-Charge
Office of the Schools Division superintendent
DepED, Division of Apayao
Capagaypayan, Luna, Apayao

SIR:

I am writing your good office to give explanation for the late

submission of my application for permit to study for the first semester
of the present school year.

My sincerest regret sir for the deferred compliance to the due date of
submission of my application for permit to study for the reason that I
was busy with my duties and responsibilities in the home and in
school. Due to inevitable circumstances as one with scores of
commitments, I forgot my need of updating your office of my endeavor
on post studies for the first semester.

I placed into consideration the consequence of my negligence to such

expectation and acknowledged the result.

I look forward to your favorable feedback to this writing sir.

Thank you for always being one with me in my professional goals and
aspirations.

Rest assured that such serves as a lesson so it could not happen

again.

Respectfully yours,

JULIUS P. SADAG
