 Proof of Marriage (Attested copy of Marriage Certificate, Marriage Pictures)
 Bank Statement (s)
 Property / Assets documents in applicant’s name if any.
 Attested Copies of All Academic & Professional Documents (For Applicant and Spouse)
 Attested Copies of Bachelor & Master Degree along with Transcripts should also be
supplied with sealed envelope of University.
 Attested Copy of Memberships of Professional bodies ( Bars, Medical Council etc ) (if
any)
 Scholarship award letters(If any)
 Training and Workshop Certificate (if any)
 Attested Copy of reference letter (s) from employers including Job Duties with Company
Stamp
 Attested Copy of evidence of self-employment experiences (if any)
 Attested Copy of company documents for each business owned (if applicable)
 Copy of English Language Proficiency proof i.e. IELTS.
 Police Clearance Certificate
 Please provide on separate page about Nature and Scope of Business of your
Employment Company, Turn Over and Total Number of Employees.
 Please provide affidavit of support for Name Discrepancy, if any in your documents.
 Attested Spouse Academic Documents with Sealed Envelope from University.
