1981
Del Mar Scientific licensed the technology to Diteco Fluidsysteme, a European-based manufacturer, as part of an initiative to pene-
trate European markets. Diteco Fluidsysteme customized products for the European market and as a result of sales and support is
purchased by ABB in 1993.

1994
Del Mar Europe/APIS founded in partnership with leading analyser Company (Del Mar Scientific). Established in-house Del Mar Re-
search & Design and Manufacturing Facilities for Europe. Enabled Del Mar Europe to compete directly against European rivals. De-
veloped and manufactured analytical instrumentation matching European standards.

2003
The company was ISO 9001 : 2000 certified.
2004
The company was ATEX certified (replacing the CENELEC certification)
2005
In a management buy out, DelMar APIS became part of INNOV ANALYSIS SYSTEMS and moved the factory to a larger one in IS-
SOUDUN (Center of France).

2007-2009
Effort on the R&D for re-engineering the whole

2011-2013
Development of a whole new Partner and Distribu-
