 3.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND

 
This Proposal Outlines a coordinated plan crafted with the intent of providing Booster system to treat water for
suitable application. System designed will be able to deliver consistent results of treated Water meeting all
regulatory norms. All our water treatment plant are designed as per WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines
and confirmed to the standard set by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) for Mineral water code IS 14543.
 
We will be designing system considering all the requirements laid down by you and as per the water analysis
reports shared by you. Team is technically sound and have expertise to tackle any problem related to water and
wastewater filtration. This will help your Company to gain technical know-how of the product and also system
will be fully automatic with online monitoring of Various Water parameters. This will help your company to get
water of required parameter consistently. System designed by us will be Automatic and highly efficient with
minimum Human Interference, Low Footprint and Low Working expenditure.

 7.0 WORK SCHEDULE
 
The Work Effort described herein will be completed in 4-6 weeks in accordance with proposed schedule provided.
The schedule for accomplishment of the project reflects the elapsed time in days for completion of preliminary
engineering design, System Design Phase (Final Design), Manufacturing phase and Installation & Commissioning
Phase of the system.

9.0 TERMS & CONDITIONS

9.1 Payment terms

Proposed payment terms:

 70% advance along with Purchase Order

 20% against Delivery of Material
 10% against Installation and Commissioning

9.2 Offer validity

 This offer is valid up to 15 days from the date of issue.

9.3 Delivery
 The proposed system configured generally would be available for delivery approximately 4-6 Weeks from
acceptance of order and agreement on all terms and conditions of contract – subject to confirmation at time of order
placement.
 
 
9.4 Exclusions
 All Civil Works
 Labour & Equipment for unloading, installation & commissioning
 Power supply to our control panel
 Consumable & Chemicals required for start-up and operation
 Lighting of the premises
 Repairs of damage to goods whilst in storage
 Standing time caused by delays beyond our control after dispatch of material from manufacturer
 Any statutory approvals required for the system
 Secure storage of our goods on site
 Any other item or service not specifically mentioned in this offer.
 
9.5 GUARANTEE/WARRANTEE:
The equipment supplied is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or beneficial
operation of plant. OR 18 months from the date of last major supply, whichever is earlier.
Equipment Guarantee is valid against defective workmanship and /or poor performance of the system only.
Our liability is limited to repair or replace the same and not subject to any wear and tear or supply of
consumable and spares due to regular operation of the system.
This above guarantee is also subject to following:
YOU ARE USING SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLE RECOMMENDED BY US.
TAKING CARE OF SYSTEM BY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AS SUGGESTED BY US.
CHEMICALS & CONSUMABLES REQUIRED FOR DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS ARE NOT COVERED
UNDER THE GUARANTEE/WARRANTEE.
 
9.6 STATUTORY VARIATION:
Any change in Govt. duties levies, taxes or policies having direct effect on our above quoted prices will be at
customers account for which documentary evidence will be submitted on request.
 
9.7 FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:
Our offer is subject to the acceptance of Force Majeure Clause such as Strike, Lockout, Non availability of raw
materials, or Acts of God such as Fire, Flood, Drought, Earthquake, etc. which are beyond our control.
