AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLAINATION

I, x, 46 years old, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of Usocan Plaridel,

Misamis Occidental, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1. That, I am the wife of y, the vendee of the Toyota Utility Vehicle in the DEED OF
SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE;

2. That the vendor z was residing abroad and authorized a to sell the said vehicle in
a Special Power of Attorney;

3. That there were two copies of DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE;

4. That a mistakably signed the name of b as Vendor in the first copy of the DEED
OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE;

5. That in the second copy of the said deed, there was no signature in the name of
a as Vendor with respect to the SPA executed by the latter;

6. That I pray that the subject vehicle be registered in the name of the vendee.

That I execute this Affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, Affiant sayeth none.
