SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, WILLIAM BRIAN SEIFRIED, Canadian Citizen, of legal age, single, a resident
of 5G DM RIVERA ST., POBLACION Makati City, have this date named, appointed and
constituted CHARLENE GALEON ANIDO, Filipino, single, likewise of legal age, and a
resident of Tawid, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, CHARLENE GALEON ANIDO,
Filipino, single, likewise of legal age, and a resident of Tawid, Maasin City, Southern Leyte
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place and stead for my own
use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things:

1. To represent in my behalf in the signing of the Contract of Lease with

Option to Buy or to any other related document relative to any property that
I may be able to acquire by lease, purchase or thru any other mode of
acquisition, in the Province of Southern Leyte, Philippines, provided that
prior to the final signing of the aforesaid document/s, the same must
first be submitted to me thru e-mail or thru any other form of
communication and must be properly reviewed by ATTY. JEROME A.
CURTINA, whose name and signature must appear therein as one of
the instrumental witnesses;

2. To do, perform and consider all such matters as my Attorney-in-fact may

deemed necessary to carry-out the purpose aforestated;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do

and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might and could do lawfully if
personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in fact
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
