IAPS collects contact information from its executive committee members for contact purposes and to ensure
smooth operation of its IT services, such as G Suite. By providing us with your contact details, IAPS and its
volunteers can stay in contact with you more effectively and in case any problems emerge.

By sending this form, you also give consent to IAPS that we may securely process information related
to your Google @iaps.info account, such as your account password and file access logs, which are
