“Casa Incubo”
Casa Incubo is particularly a container van shifting into affordable
container housing. This type offers fully furnished and comfortable
place to live in. Not only it is easy to construct but also cost
effective and eco-friendly in nature. It improvises the traditional
way of using container vans for shipping purposes. We want it
more diversified and give opportunity for people who cannot
afford superior quality of housing. Hence we offer this idea of
making dormitory business with greater purpose.
A. NAME OF PROPOSED BUSINESS:

Casa Incubo also sets a high bar of relieving the stressful and
troubled people from looking for a place to live in. Basically it’s
convenient and unique instead of a traditional brick houses,
apartments or dormitories. We are advocating an edge to a
growing population within our city. We also want to give
importance to the security of the people and sustain a healthy
living environment.

B. MARKET VIABILITY:
The proposed location of Casa Incubo is in R.Castillo Agdao, Davao
City and has a lot area of 500 square meters. Choosing this place is a
good choice since Agdao is known to be one of the developed places
in Davao City. Since there are lots of people working there, a huge
possibility that they would think of recommending it to their relatives
who are in need of place to live in given that it is affordable yet
comfortable at the same time. Perfectly suit to the advocacy of Casa
Incubo. Advantageously, near school area like MATS College Of
Technology so might be a good sign too to pursue putting up there.

comfortable, affordable and accessible place to stay in.

Steering away from the conventional type of construction, our team has
come up with a prefab modular type of housing that emphasizes more on
functionality than aesthetics. Using shipping containers to build a
dormitory, this will give our target market affordable housing options and
promising location. Since our advocate is to give exceptional and cost
friendly to those who cannot afford high-end houses or place to live in.
